In July of 2009 Btt Rookies was created. A young and inexperienced manager took over a project which he abandoned after only 4 races.
The team was left to it's own device, and surprisingly it survived, managing just enough to pay the wages of the not very demanding riders.
It was with big surprise and embarrassment that the same but now not so young manager, crossed paths with the team he had abandoned 12 seasons ago.
More experienced and willing to erase the bad image he left so long ago, he took upon himself to resurrect the pride and ambition of this team.
The old riders were taken care off, earning their place as directors, trainers and helpers in the team structure, and new blood was brought in, and that's how Btt Rookies has resurfaced again, accomplishing some interesting results in the last stages of last season.
Far from having paid his debt, Robert knows he cannot let this team down once again and so it's with hard work and dedication that he walks the road to success.
Their motto "To do better and always ride forward".
